For maximum security, always log out of your ink789 account when you are done playing, especially if you are using a shared device or a public WiFi network.
No need to worry if you have forgotten your ink789 account password. The password recovery process is designed to be simple and secure. Follow the steps below to quickly regain access to your account.
Click the "Forgot password?" link on the ink789 login page. The system will ask you to enter your registered phone number or email address linked to your account. A verification OTP code will be sent to that number or email. After entering the correct code, you'll be directed to set a new strong password.
Make sure your new password is at least eight characters long, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid reusing passwords from other platforms to keep your ink789 account secure.
ink789 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or Live Chat. If you receive any message requesting sensitive account information, do not respond and contact our official support immediately.
For a faster and more convenient login experience, download the ink789 mobile app. Available on Android and iOS, it offers all the same features as the web version with the added benefits of a native app — including faster login and push notifications for the latest promotions.
Once the ink789 app is installed, you can use the "Remember Me" feature for automatic login next time without retyping your password. This feature uses a secure token stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to the server without encryption.
The ink789 app also supports biometric authentication such as fingerprint and face recognition on compatible devices, making the login process more secure and faster than ever.
Once you have successfully logged in to your ink789 account, managing your finances is straightforward. The deposit page displays all supported payment methods — FPX online banking, popular e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay, and standard bank transfers.
For withdrawals, requests can be made directly from your account dashboard. Withdrawals to local banks and Malaysian e-wallets are processed within 5 to 15 minutes — among the fastest in the industry. No hidden fees, no unnecessary delays.
Make sure the bank account or e-wallet registered for withdrawals is in your own name. ink789 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts in order to protect the security of your funds.
