From The Idea To a Platform Trusted by Hundreds of Thousands of Malaysian Players
Ink789 started from a simple but profound observation — many Malaysian players who enjoy online entertainment were frustrated with existing platforms. Whether it was slow withdrawals, limited game selection, difficult-to-navigate interfaces, or unresponsive customer support, the same complaints kept surfacing across various forums and local player communities.
That is where ink789 was born — not just another gaming platform chasing trends, but one built with a genuine understanding of and respect for what Malaysian players truly need. From day one, we put users first. Every feature, every function, and every convenience on ink789 today is a direct result of feedback from our player community.
What Sets ink789 Apart From Other Platforms
One of the things ink789's loyal players mention most is withdrawal speed. On many other platforms, waiting 24 to 48 hours for a withdrawal is the norm — some even longer. At ink789, we take a completely different approach. Our payment processing system is built to complete withdrawals as quickly as possible, with the majority of requests settled in under 3 hours.
This is not just a promise on paper. It is the result of serious investment in technical infrastructure and partnerships with Malaysia's leading payment providers. ink789 supports DuitNow Transfer, FPX, Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, MAE by Maybank, Visa and Mastercard, as well as USDT and Bitcoin crypto — all in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for local users.
Did You Know? ink789 processes over 10,000 withdrawal requests daily with a success rate exceeding 99.5% — one of the highest in Malaysia's online entertainment industry.
Security & Fairness – More Than Just Words
At ink789, player security is a non-negotiable priority. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by Malaysia's leading banks. Every player account is secured with two-factor authentication (2FA), and our security team monitors platform activity around the clock to detect any unauthorized access attempts or fraudulent activity.
On game fairness, every game on ink789 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently verified by third-party auditors. This means every slot spin, every card deal, and every game outcome is genuinely random and cannot be manipulated by any party — including ink789 itself. We believe players who play fair deserve a platform that is fair too.
Responsible Gaming Compliance
Ink789 takes responsible gaming seriously. We understand that entertainment should stay as entertainment, not become a burden. That's why ink789 provides a range of self-management tools for players — including daily deposit limits, session time limits, a temporary break option, and self-exclusion when needed. Our support team is also trained to identify and assist players who may need additional support.
Comprehensive Game Selection
One of ink789's greatest strengths is the sheer breadth of its game selection. With over 1,000 titles from the world's leading providers, players are never short of choices. The ink789 Live Casino features real dealers from high-quality studios — players can interact directly with dealers via HD video stream, delivering an authentic casino experience from the comfort of home.
For slots enthusiasts, ink789 offers hundreds of titles from providers like Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and more — from classic 3-reel slots to modern video slots with exciting bonus features.
